ESTs of Metarhizium anisopliae sf. anisopliae

EST analysis of two subspecies of Metarhizium anisopliae reveals a plethora of secreted proteins with potential activity in insect hosts, by F. M. Freimoser, S. Screen, S. Baga, G. Hu & R. J. St Leger

Microbiology vol. 149, part 1, pp. 239-247

The following Tables of data, available as Acrobat PDF files, list ESTs of Metarhizium anisopliae sf. anisopliae (Supplementary Table A) and Metarhizium anisopliae sf. acridum (Supplementary Table B) with significant BLAST hits in the NCBI protein database.

The tables show the accession number of the EST and the number of copies with the same best BLAST hit. The best BLAST hit is characterized with the accession number, the E value, a description of the best hit and the species from which the sequence with the best BLAST hit originated. The number of ESTs in each functional category is given in parentheses.
