Linear osmoregulated periplasmic glucans are encoded by the opgGH locus of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, by Y. Lequette, E. Rollet, A. Delangle, E. P. Greenberg and J.-P. Bohin

Microbiology vol. 153, part 10, pp. 3255-3263

Fig. S1. Growth curves of PA14 parent and YL119 strains grown at different osmolarities. Strains were grown in LOS (squares) supplemented with sucrose (circles) or NaCI (triangles) to increase the osmolarity of the medium. YL119 carrying plasmid pYL119 was grown in LOS medium (diamonds).

Fig. S2.Three-dimensional reconstruction of a 7-day-old biofilm of the YL119 mutant complemented with pYL205-G grown in LOS medium. One square is equivalent to 43 µm. The gfp gene was constitutively expressed from the self-maintained plasmid pYL205-G.
