Protein expression diversity amongst serovars of Salmonella enterica, by V. Encheva, R. Wait, S. Begum, S. E. Gharbia and H. N. Shah

Microbiology vol. 153, part 12, pp. 4183 - 4193

Table S1. All identified proteins with the average intensity values measured using Proteome Weaver in two replicate gels. The table includes differentially expressed proteins as well as stable protein factors with uniform expression amongst all isolates. In several cases a protein was not detected in any of the isolates representing a serovar. The presence of the gene encoding such protein in the genome of the serovar is indicated where appropriate (e.g mglB+). [PDF] (15 kb)
